Base accommodation is fitted with fire detection systems, electronic entry systems and / or house alarms.  We guarantee a quality & standard you can rely on as the accommodation is thoroughly maintained by our management & maintenance team.

From 2 bed apartments to eight bed flats we can help you choose your accommodation whether it’s for a group of friends or an individual application.

In most cases Base Accommodation is let on an Assured Short hold Tenancy for a minimum of 42 weeks.

Whether you’re a fresher or final year student, BASE flats are available to students from any university or college and you can stay with us for as long as you want
