 Downing owns and manages an extensive portfolio of some 1,000,000 sq ft of premium office space. This is located in both contemporary properties and historic landmarks such as the Port of Liverpool Building. This beautiful and celebrated Grade II* listed property was the first of the world-renowned ‘Three Graces’ to be built on Liverpool’s famous waterfront.


An ongoing programme of refurbishment and improvement will ensure that these landmark buildings retain their position as headline addresses for prestige Grade A requirements. This focus on preserving historic buildings while reworking them as premium office space is fundamental to Downing’s approach in urban centres.
