Downing are working in partnership with Leeds Metropolitan University to bring forward a major £50m mixed use scheme on the site of the former BBC Headquarters.
The new “Broadcasting Place” development, designed by leading, award winning architects Feilden Clegg Bradley, will feature 130,000 sq ft of teaching accommodation and approximately 500 student bedrooms as well as a new Baptist Church.
