The former headquarters of the famous Scottish & Newcastle Brewery is to undergo extensive refurbishment to provide 60,000 sq ft of Grade A office space.
In addition, Downing is seeking planning consent for a new build element on the Gallowgate site to provide a further 200,000 ft² of Grade A office space.
