The Port of Liverpool Building
Pier Head , Liverpool , Merseyside , L3 1BZ

The Port of Liverpool Building was the first of Liverpool's Three Graces to be constructed (1907) and has ever since been regarded as the perfect representation of both the city’s commercial district and its stunning architecture.
Located on the Pier Head, next to Albert Dock, it is regarded as one of the most prestigious addresses in the country and forms part of Liverpool’s designated World Heritage site.
It is an impressive Grade II listed neo-classical building with a central domed atrium. Over 155,000 sq ft (14,4000 m2) of accommodation is arranged on basement, ground and four upper floors with external on site car parking and served by four passenger and two goods lifts.
Tenants include Rathbones Plc, FWL Technologies Ltd and Centre Island Hotels.
Planning permission has recently been granted to upgrade the building and facility, extending its scope to a mixed use development. Various suites are available from 900 sq ft to 2100 sq ft (200 m2).
