We are looking for a Part Time Customer Service Administrator to join our team working for West Village which is our student accommodation scheme in Glasgow totalling 701 bedrooms.

To work 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday working hours to be agreed between the hours of 12.00 to 4.00 pm, or possible flexible around 11.00 am until 3.00 pm

Main duties:

  • Maintaining excellent customer service providing front of office support to residents and visitors to the building
  • Receiving and sorting incoming parcels and deliveries and updating and liaising with customers regarding their parcels
  • Provide effective and efficient procedures to ensure the residents receive a high quality service
  • Maintaining the company in-house booking and customer relationship management system
  • Supporting the team to ensure maximum occupancy of the residence supporting customer show rounds
  • Comply with Health and Safety requirements

Essential candidate qualities:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer service environment within hospitality, property, retail, or an accommodation background would be preferred
  • First class written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills including a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Smartly presented with first class customer service skills
