Downing brings new flexi offices to Liverpool – just in time for Christmas

By Ruth Cobban

Leading property developer and investor, Downing, is set to increase its flexi office portfolio at No.1 Old Hall Street – bringing 5,000 sq ft of new city centre office space to market,  just in time for Christmas.

Construction work has begun to deliver ten new suites within the landmark building in the heart of Liverpool’s business district.  They will range in size from 140 sq ft to 1100 sq ft and are suitable for one to 20 people. Each office can be tailored to suit specific occupier requirements.

Downing’s flexi office package features inclusive monthly rents, flexibility on duration to suit each customer’s business plan, along with a simplified and standard, short form of lease – eliminating an often expensive and lengthy legal process and allowing early occupation.

Discussing the expansion of Downing’s portfolio, John Clegg, Head of Property Management, said: “We’re delighted to be bringing this new suite of flexi offices to market in Liverpool. No.1 Old Hall Street is one of the most prestigious addresses in the city and our flexi offices give smaller companies the chance to be based in the heart of Liverpool’s commercial centre, without paying crippling rents and service charges.

“This part of our portfolio allows us to offer our customers the flexibility a modern business needs, whatever its size. These new suites will be among Downing’s highest quality flexi offices to date and we know there is strong appetite for this offering.”

All the suites are private but are delivered within clusters with a shared kitchen facility.  They each have high specification finishes and deliver budgetary certainty through a fixed all-inclusive monthly cost – which covers service charges, electricity, building insurance and rates, if required.

Customers also enjoy a building managed in-house by Downing’s expert team, who are directly on hand at all times.
