Downing secures new lettings at No. 1 Old Hall Street
Developer Downing is continuing to see strong appetite for its Liverpool city centre Flexi-Office offering at No. 1 Old Hall Street, in the heart of the city’s commercial district.
Vision One Research, the award-winning market research company has renewed its agreement on a 924 sq ft unit on the building’s fourth floor, following ongoing growth. The company has taken on a three year lease for the unit.
Existing tenant, Zeus Claims Solutions continues to thrive. The company, which started off with one unit in the building, has expanded operations and has now taken on a third unit of 203 sq ft on the second floor of the building – taking its total let space to of 1,100 sq ft.
Downing has also welcomed a new tenant, Sensible Staffing Ltd. The company has taken a 203 sq ft unit of the third floor. The company, which is part of Pario Group, is a specialist recruitment business providing expertise and staffing solutions to a diverse range of employers across the healthcare, pharmaceutical and scientific sectors.
